Prices
Prices are FOB Olympia, WA and are subject to change
without notice. Labels are extra. Terms
All sales are cash unless credit is established. For
credit customers, payment is due on or before the
15th of the month following purchase. Accounts not
paid within terms are subject to (1) interest charges
calculated at 1 ½% per month (18% APR) from date of
invoices, and (2) loss of any discounts. Contact us
for a credit application. Claims
Claims for shortages must be made immediately upon
delivery. Claims for unsatisfactory material must
be made in writing within three days after receipt
of stock, otherwise shipment will be deemed satisfactory.
Claims for losses while stock is in transit must be
filed directly with the carrier. We shall at no time
be responsible for more than the purchase price. Any
plant material subject to claim must be held for possible
inspection by the seller and disposition instructions. Deliveries
Local and out-of-state delivery is available for orders
